Payment

You can order our products from our website securely through PAYPAL. We also accept cheques, but we should let you know that your order will only be despatched once payment has cleared our bank account.

If you would like to pay by cheque, please make it payable to "Eloise R Designs" and send it with the details of your requirements to Eloise R Designs, PO Box 6659, NOTTINGHAM NG2 5PB, UK.

VAT

All our products are priced with VAT included. We are sorry, but we are unable to remove or refund VAT from non-UK orders.

Delivery

We aim to post your order to you within 48 hours, but please allow up to 14 days for UK delivery. If you have a specific delivery enquiry, please contact us directly and we can advise you.

Postage

Our standard UK delivery charge is £3 for all orders under £25. For all UK orders over £25, shipping is FREE! For this purpose, UK includes the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Orders to other countries:

• For deliveries to European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland, a delivery charge of £5 applies to all orders.
• For deliveries to Canada and the USA, a delivery charge of £7 applies to all orders.
• For deliveries to Eastern Europe (non-EU), Japan, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world, a delivery charge of £8 applies to all orders.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Eloise R Designs, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund you in full. Any item must be returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit and therefore suggest that a proof of posting is obtained. We will refund the delivery charge and your return postage only if the item is faulty.
